About Femme Palette
Femme Palette redefines how modern women network and make new friends. It’s a place for female professionals to connect with other inspiring and like-minded women. At Femme Palette, we believe women should empower and motivate each other by sharing their career paths, goals and dreams with each other.
Our Mission
Our mission is to give professional women the opportunity to connect, inspire, and motivate each other.
How does it work?
STEP 1: Apply to join the community. Access our platform and join the conversation by using the desktop version or mobile app.
STEP 2: Join groups you are interested in (Marketing, Design, HR/Talent, Tech and Girlboss). Once a month we organize workshops for each of these groups. Once you've joined a group you will get updates from Group Leaders about upcoming workshops.
STEP 3: Join our networking events to meet like-minded women and build your network. We organize networking events on the last Tuesday of every month so you can meet other members in person and listen to a panel presentation by inspiring women.
STEP 4: Network 1:1 on the platform. Use the members directory to invite other members for a networking coffee date. Alternatively, sign up for monthly networking weeks to get matched for a networking coffee date by us based on our algorithm.
